TANZANIA PEABERRY Roast:  Medium
Bold Taste with Heavy Body and High Acidity

Peaberry coffees produce a lively, full-bodied cup with concentrated flavor and a remarkable aroma. Africa’s prized Tanzania Peaberry shares many characteristics with Kenyan coffee, but the peaberry is much lighter in acidity. Peaberry beans form as one to the cherry versus the usual two beans – these anomalies represent a very small portion of every crop. Beans graded as “peaberry” undergo a careful screening process which assures a high standard of quality. The small, round peaberry bean is reputedly unmatched for uniformity in roasting.
